The JESD will differ from our previous Mass Casualty Drills by expanding the roll of law enforcement. The opportunities this year will include civil disturbance, scene security, crime scene investigation, press relations, and some actual security/crowd control for senior explorers. The primary focus however, is civil disturbance and crowd control. The other functions are primarily for explorers that cannot participate in this type of activity.
